Overview
LensMind is an on-device photo companion built around two jobs: helping people understand what is taking up space in their library, and turning existing photos into useful feedback about how they shoot.
The public beta is available through TestFlight. Install Apple’s TestFlight app on your iPhone, then open the beta link above. The product visual above combines real LensMind analysis, photo-library, and cleanup screens to show the core workflow.
Library health
The product explores practical photo-library cleanup such as identifying low-value shots, duplicates, similar photos, and unusually large files.
Photography coach
LensMind also uses image and EXIF information to surface patterns in shooting behavior, with the goal of making feedback specific enough to change how the next photo is taken.
Product principle
The useful version of AI here is quiet and local: scan when appropriate, avoid turning the photo library into a chat interface, and present decisions a person can verify.
What I’ve learned
LensMind is a proving ground for on-device visual intelligence, privacy-aware product design, and AI-assisted iOS development. Those lessons will be documented as the product matures.
